Device Cash Tips: Allow children to use dollars for set amounts of time. When the time is up, praise them for shutting the iPad off themselves and explain to them that it needs to recharge. Also explain to them that it's taxed because it's not good to stare at a screen in excess. You can let them use unused device dollars towards purchasing a new game. This will help get them used to the idea of refraining in order to reach a higher goal. If two children who are using KidCash want to use it at the same time, see which one is willing to pay the other sibling an extra dollar to wait their turn, or let them bid on it.
